Shipping & Delivery

Each Umbers piece is made to order. Production timeframes are stated on individual product pages. Once completed, please allow 1–3 business days for handling before dispatch.

All orders are tracked and shipped through Australia Post and its international delivery partners.

Shipping Rates

• Australia — $10 AUD

• New Zealand — $20 AUD

• Rest of world — $35 AUD

Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch and are estimates only.

Customs and Duties

Unless shown at checkout, international duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in your order total and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged to the customer.

For delayed or missing parcels, contact the carrier using your tracking number. If the carrier requires the sender to open an investigation, contact us for assistance.

Umbers is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.
